# Why isn't my volume updating?

If your volume is not updating, check the following:

1. **Delay**: Leaderboards refresh periodically (usually every 5 to 15 minutes). Please wait a short duration for your trades to sync.
2. **Pair/Market Match**: Ensure you are trading the exact trading pair and market type (Spot vs. Futures) specified in the active campaign.
3. **Minimum Trade Size**: Check if the campaign has a `minTradeSize` requirement (e.g., $10). Trades below this USD value are ignored.
4. **Daily Volume Cap**: You may have hit the campaign's `maxDailyVolume` limit for the current UTC day.
5. **Connection Status**: Go to your Profile page and check if your exchange status is "Connected" and "Verified". If the CEX credentials expired or were deleted, you will need to reconnect the key.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.thevolumeterminal.com/faq/volume-not-updating.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
